#78. check and mark!

Meet my grandma. She is 77 years old and she is one of most important people in my life. She babysited me when I was little and we are very-very-very-very close.

One of the best things she bakes in cottage cheese strudel and it always looked like quantum physics to me but I decided to learn how it is done...

In case you'd like to make a cheese strudel, here is how you do it...

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Oil up rectangular-shaped pan.

In a medium bowl, add ½ kilo of flour and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Also add 2,5 dl of water and 2 teaspoons of oil and mix with a spoon (you can add more water or oil if needed). From that, make 2 separate balls, oil them up and leave to set for 30 minutes.

Filling: buy ½ kilo of cottage cheese and two creams (if you can’t find homemade, you can  buy 4 dl at a store). Mix that up together with 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.

Roll one half as much as humanly possible and fill it with cottage cheese-cream filling.

Roll it up and put in pan.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until rust is golden brown.

Enjoy...
